Bet BD Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bet bd ("we", "us", "the platform"). They govern your access to and use of the bet bd website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or playing any game on bet bd, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

Bet bd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bet bd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Bet bd may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension .

4 Deposits

Bet bd accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your bet bd account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bet bd does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method or promotional period. Bet bd reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted.
• If a deposit is made from an unverified or mismatched account, bet bd may hold the funds pending investigation.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at bet bd are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. Withdrawals are processed in BDT only.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours.
• Rocket: Processed within 3–6 business hours during operating hours.
• VIP Gold and Platinum members receive priority processing with reduced wait times.

Bet bd reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has outstanding verification requirements, active bonus wagering obligations, or if a security review is in progress.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the required amount.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bet bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms attached to that specific promotion.

General bonus rules that apply across all bet bd promotions:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete will be removed from your account.
• Bet bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• If bet bd determines that a player is abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other exploitative behaviour — the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited and the account closed.
• Free spins and free game credits are subject to the same wagering requirements as deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on bet bd use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Bet bd does not manipulate game results and has no ability to influence individual game outcomes once a round has begun.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Bet bd provides game information and paytables within each game interface. Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once a game round has started.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• If a game displays an incorrect payout due to a software error, bet bd reserves the right to correct the payout to the accurate amount.
• Disconnections during live game rounds are handled according to the individual game provider's rules. Bet bd is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet bd platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using bet bd to process, conceal, or transfer funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other manipulative methods.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been used for gaming.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the bet bd platform.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or using another person's payment details.
• Hacking: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the bet bd platform or its underlying systems.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet bd login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

Bet bd will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from bet bd and requesting your login details, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

13 Account Termination

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations exist.

Bet bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, funds in the account may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

14 Changes to Terms

Bet bd may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, bet bd will notify players via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the bet bd platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
